my truck has something like that, but it's some bind in the throttle cable mixed with a weak return spring...throttle will lock about anywhere if i'm gentle with it.

Nice, clean install!
Leave it to Slee to come up with that neat gadget. They make some great stuff, for sure. Last year a FJ80 and 100 series that parked in the same lot as me were all kitted out with Slee stuff, drool worthy. Their facility is up the road from me, it looks nice.

it looks like a choke, but it doesn't restrict airflow, it actually physically moves the gas pedal.

its actually meant for this, its a toyota design and slee re-made the part they never sold in the US.

that sounds an awful lot like the cruise control on my old s40. it controlled the gas pedal. i loved how on the freeway i could just set it and feel the pedal fall away.
